To be held concurrently with:

HK International Stationery Fair

HKTDC Hong Kong Toys and Game Fair

HK Baby Products Fair

Each approved company will be entitled and must attend:

• 3-night (Jan. 10^th, 11^th , 12^th Check-out: Jan. 13th) hotel accommodation sponsorship during fair period at designated hotel;

• 1 complimentary Conference-Only Pass to the Asian Licensing Conference worth USD99;

• Pre-arrange business matching (on request);

• To attend other scheduled program(s) by the Organizer.

Note:

- Incentive is restricted to Gifts Association’s member on this Buying

   Mission only;

- Application subject to vetting by HKTDC;

- One-night-room charge will be imposed for cancellation with less than a month notice. (i.e. < 10 Dec 2015).
